STEAM Day at Tamaques had students learning the chemistry of slime, creating collaborative street art, working together to design and build a popsicle stick bridge strong enough to hold an orange, and much more. "Science is awesome," said one 5th grader as she created a tornado (vortex) in a plastic bottle. Special thanks to the many parents who volunteered their time and expertise.
